All Sweatshirts, Hoodies, and Youth shirts are Unisex Fits. The product fit in the title denotes the default style for Tees, V-Necks, Long Sleeves, & Tanks. Ladies Fits contour to the body. We do NOT use Slim Fits; only Relaxed/Regular Fits. Ladies Apparel is by design, slimmer than their Unisex counterparts. For context, a Ladies XL is roughly the size of a Unisex Medium. Message us if you have an questions about fit.
We Use Bella + Canvas (B6400) 100% Ringspun Cotton & Gildan (G500) 100% Cotton Shirts. We've ensured that both models are the same width, length, and chest. There are dozens of models for each brand but those two are the most consistent across the board in look and feel. All Unisex are Gildan however, you may request the 100% ringspun soft style tee at no extra cost...to you anyway :-)
Need To Personalize This Product? Simply add your description in the appropriate field. You may request to change the text color, font style, and placement. We can also take requests for types of clothing not pictured such as Crop Tops, Sleeveless, Tanks, Short/Long Sleeve, Hoodies/Sweatshirts, and more. This policy covers rookieatl.com, lettersoflegacy.com, fandomfitsclub.com, and all other current and future retail stores under the Talented Teks LLC brand.
We stand by our products 100% as you can see from our reviews. If we make a mistake, I can assure you that we will fix it asap. We will go out of our way to ensure you are whole and satisfied. If there is a spot, a tear, wrong size, or anything else, we will take care of that problem to include replacements, refunds, and gift cards for your trouble.

We DO NOT accept cancellation requests, refunds, or exchanges. There are no exceptions to this policy unless we make an error. Please do not place an order unless you are comfortable with the expected delivery dates. We value your business tremendously. However, we are very transparent and we always deliver on time. Please view the size chart located on every listing and order accordingly. Most items are available in plus sizes (and tall). However, if the size you need is not available, please reach out to us first to see if we are able to procure the item you desire, in the size that is comfortable for you. If you are unsure in any way, please contact us to help place your order.
Order Verification
Please be careful to select the correct item in the correct color and size before submitting your order. If you accidentally placed an order for a small t-shirt, for example, please email us immediately at support@rookieatl.com to request a change in size, style, or color. Please keep in mind that larger sizes and different styles may require additional charges. Once the order has been processed and/or shipped, we are not able to correct your error and no refunds or store credit will be given.
Once your order is placed, you will see your items on Shopify’s confirmation page. You will also receive an email and/or text message regarding your order. Subsequently, you will receive an email (or SMS) confirmation when a shipping label is purchased, when the item(s) is out for delivery, and when the item(s) is delivered. You may also receive an email from Shopify, our marketing manager, or from a third party product review app. You may also create an account and login on our website to track your orders. If you placed your order with the Shop App, you may also view, track, and manage orders there.
Refund Processing Times
If we determine that a refund is required for your order, please give us 1-2 business days to process the refund. Afterwards, the time it takes to see the money in your account is based on your bank or financial institution. Please allow at least 7 business days before opening an inquiry about the refund.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is filed against us, and we lose the filing, we will pursue collection of our rightful funds through the legal system and/or via a third party debt collector. We are fair and transparent. Please contact us for assistance.

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-8 business days. We are closed on weekends. Typically, we ship much sooner than this timeframe depending upon what item(s) you order and what time of day you order. If you need an item earlier than the posted timeframe, please email us at support@rookieatl.com for confirmation.
Shipping transit times are carrier specific and have not changed. Orders placed after 1PM on a business day do not count as a business day. We are now offering expedited shipping options to include USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express, UPS Ground (including Ground Saver), and UPS Next Day (Air and Air Saver).***.
Please add processing plus shipping time to estimate delivery time. Customers selecting expedited shipping options will be placed at the front of the queue daily.
Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping Time.

Please identify the date provided to you regarding delivery. Holiday Ordering/Processing:
Rookie will be closed on the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, and the week of New Year up until the first business day of the year. We encourage you to plan ahead and place your orders at least a few days before the cutoff. Order cutoffs change yearly with each holiday; however, we are closed yearly on the following days: New Year, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve. Fulfillment cutoffs will typically be a few days before each scheduled holiday and communicated via subscription email or SMS when applicable.

Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office for further information concerning custom duties or fees.
*Please track your package through your local post office or UPS website. There you will be able to use the tracking number provided to you though email to check the status of your order.
Once your package leaves the country we are unable to track it for you.
*Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 5-8 business days (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed.
UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS:
In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 2-3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period if you still have not received your package, contact us at support@rookieatl.com.com. Upon notification from the customer, we will open a case with USPS. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.
Incorrect Address
Our fulfillment system is automated. We do not inspect every email or shipping address provided by the customer. Please ensure you enter the correct email and shipping address. If you have any doubts, please contact us immediately to ensure we have the correct information on file. Email us at support@rookieatl.com during normal business hours.
If the item is fulfilled and shipped to an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for the package reaching its final destination. If the item is returned, we will reship the item at your cost. If the item was fulfilled and shipped correctly, and the package becomes lost, we are not responsible for the loss. A refund will not be issued. You are not entitled to store credit.
How To Inquire About Defective Items
Please email us at support@rookieatl.com during normal business hours to file a claim. Please include your order number. We advise against using social media to contact us as we do not receive notification of every comment, like, or share.
