Rookie Atlanta Apparel items are made-to-order, which means they are produced AFTER an order is placed. This is for personalization purposes and to give our customer a wide range of designs to choose from.

We accept cancellation requests up to 8am EST the following business day. E.g. If an order is placed on Saturday, we accept cancellations up to Monday at 8am EST.

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation/restocking fee of $15 (order totals up to $50) or 15% (orders over $50). There are no exceptions to this policy. Please do not place an order unless you are comfortable with the expected delivery dates. We value your business tremendously. However, we are very transparent and we always deliver on time. If your date is set for the 15th, please do not place an order hoping it arrives sooner. In that case, please reach out to us to verify.

Holiday Ordering/Processing:

Rookie will be closed on the week of Thanksgiving and the weeks before and after Christmas. We encourage you to plan ahead and place your orders at least a few days before the cutoff. Order cutoffs change yearly with each holiday; however, we are closed yearly on the following days: New Year, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve. Fulfillment cutoffs will typically be a few days before each scheduled holiday.
